THE latest issue of ‘The Speedway Years’ - 1947 is now out and on sale and looks back at the dramatic run off for the British Riders Championship title at Wembley between Jack Parker and Bill Kitchen.
 The year brought a number of deaths on track and the passing of a speedway legend at Belle Vue.
